Innovative Health ACO Selected for CMS LEAD Model Implementation Period
Innovative Health ACO has been selected to participate in the CMS Innovation Center’s LEAD Model Implementation Period, preparing for the model’s January 1, 2027 launch.
Physician-led organization joins 79 ACOs preparing to advance value-based care beginning in 2027.
Selected under the Professional Risk Option, IHACO is preparing for the model’s January 1, 2027 launch. The 10-year LEAD Model is designed to expand accountable care participation, particularly among independent and rural practices and providers serving patients with complex healthcare needs.
